I am a Bristol based, highly personable coach whose strength is developing a great rapport with all my clients. This is vital for the success of any coaching relationship so that you feel comfortable, relaxed and are not afraid to be honest or to have your perceptions challenged. I also enjoy bringing creativity and innovation into my coaching to encourage transformational learning, enabling you to work out how to achieve your goals or to breakdown any perceived barriers that you may have to progressing forward.
I was an education and training officer in the Army for over 17 years, specialising in designing, developing, evaluating, assuring, and delivering training for all ranks. This was also when I began to realise I have a talent for optimising the performance of students, employees and customers. I have a passion for assisting others in their own personal development, empowering, challenging and inspiring them to achieve their goals. Since leaving I have gone on to work within the public and private sector, as well as working as a volunteer mentor with the charity Supporting Wounded Veterans.
